2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:

GCINEE takes copyright protection seriously. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users or block access to the site for individuals who are found to be “repeat infringers” of the intellectual property rights of others.
5. Limitations
GCINEE is an online service provider as defined in the DMCA. We do not proactively monitor all content uploaded to or linked from our site, but we will act quickly upon receiving a valid legal notice. Please note that GCINEE may provide a copy of any copyright infringement notice to the user who posted the allegedly infringing content.
