In 2022, the largest wildfire in the history of the Korean Peninsula breaks out in Donghae City. A group of film students travels to Gangwon Province to shoot a documentary for their graduation project at the disaster site.

After tensions arise within the team, most of the crew returns to Seoul, leaving behind only the director and the cinematographer.

As they continue filming in isolation, buried truths begin to surface. The director’s hidden past gradually comes to light, along with the unspoken feelings between the two.
