The film describes Samuth’s life, the only child in a family with a father and a family depending on fishing at sea in Kampot province. One day, he bumped into a young man named Veatu, who later became his trusted friend, whom he could share his thoughts. When the two of them spend time together, like waves hitting the surface of the sea, a unexpected romance between them. What happens when a big wave comes?
