Synopsis

Memory is a contemporary love story, but with a mythical twist, interweaved with many pure and innermost emotions of the same-gender couple Khanh Dang and Anh Hào. After an unfortunate accident, Khanh Dang wakes up and loses all of his memory, except of himself and the ‘relationship’ between him and a woman named Tô Linh. Loss of vital pieces of his memory causes him to experience periodic migraine, mental and emotional torment.

His relationship with Tô Linh always seems burdensome and stressful for him, especially when he knows he is the cause of the serious injury to Tô Linh’s legs. As this situation becomes unbearable over time, Khanh Dang starts to entertain suicidal thoughts, which lead him to plan to end his life in 3 months.

As for Anh Hào, after a fatal accident in which he perishes, he becomes a spirit and goes to the land of the gods. Witnessing his beloved, Khanh Dang, being tormented and seeking to end his life, Anh Hào asks the gods for help. Help is granted, but unbeknown to him, he also becomes a pawn used by both the god of hope and god of disappointment. Anh Hào is thus allowed to come back to life, with no one being able to recognize him. He will not be able neither to recognize anyone but Khanh Dang. Within the 3-month timeframe, Anh Hào must help Khanh Dang get over his mental health crisis. Simultaneously, Khanh Dang must come to recognize Anh Hào as his beloved. Otherwise, Anh Hào will disappear forever.
