In addition to the highly anticipated anime scheduled for January 2025, the manga “Babanbabanban Vampire” will also be adapted for the cinema, with its premiere scheduled for February 14th. The adaptation will feature renowned actors Ryo Yoshizawa and Mitsuto Itagaki in the main cast, promising to bring even more emotion and humor to the plot. In the story, we follow Mori Ranmaru, a 450-year-old vampire who works in a public bathhouse and has a peculiar mission: to protect the virginity of Rihito, the owner’s son, until he turns 18, at which point Ranmaru will finally be able to taste the “blood of a virgin”.
However, Ranmaru’s plans are threatened when Rihito, at 15, falls in love with a schoolmate. Desperate to uphold his mission, Ranmaru embarks on the hilarious “Operation Prevent Virginity Loss,” facing unexpected challenges to ensure the young man remains untainted.
