โHealing Thingyanโ is set against the backdrop of the festive annual event, the Myanmar New Year festival, which typically takes place in the middle of April. The distinguishing feature of this festival is the tradition of water-throwing or dousing one another using various vessels or devices to deliver water, similar to Thailandโs Songkran festival.
This upcoming Burmese BL will feature Khant Win Han (Rian) and Phi Nyein Han as Nway Thit and A-Ta. It is helmed by director Thiha Thit, and the story and script are written by Hsu Chi Ko. The drama depicts the story of Nay Thit, who confesses to his childhood friend, Ngu Wah, during the festival but is interfered with by A-Ta, risking their friendship. Will A-Ta muster the courage to confess to his friend? How will Nway Thit deal when the truth is revealed?
