Inukai Ryo is a top-performing, perfectionist, elite employee. However, he’s also a huge fan of actor Urai Takato and his home is filled with otaku merchandise. Then, a new employee, Shiraishi Mashiro, transfers to the company and… his face is surprisingly similar to his idol’s.

Assigned as his training officer, Ryo finds himself being constantly pushed around by the hardworking and affable Mashiro, but his sanity gradually begins to crumble. Mashiro, like a dog who obediently stops when told to “wait” and then begs for a “reward”, causes the relationship between boss and subordinate to gradually grow closer!
